This large Neotropical parrot is native to humid evergreen forests between 500 meter to 1000 meter altitude of tropical Central and South America from south-eastern Mexico to the Peruvian Amazon, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Venezuela and Brazil. Length: 81 cm
